Guaranteed Response Time
We guarantee a response within 1 business day for regular support calls and four business hours for urgent calls. After-hours and weekend calls will be returned the next business day, unless you escalate them to a status of urgent. Urgent, after-hours and weekend calls are billed at a higher rate and will be immediately relayed to the support group for a response call within three hours.
